Men's health

Everyone has their moments, moments of joy and moments of pain. This is normal, this is human. Men often struggle to talk about their emotions and moments of pain. Men are raised to be tough, strong, resilient.

Opening up and becoming vulnerable is not part of their practice. As a result men die on average 4.5 years earlier than women and for reasons that are largely preventable. Men also suffer mentally because of their limiting belief systems.

I believe it does not have to be that way, is time to change that.

I have bundled some of my landscape images in an annual calendar for 2025. These images are mementos of mindful moments in the mountains. Moments I needed to recharge. I sell this calendar to raise funds for Movember.ca, a campaign to fund research and raising awareness for men's health. Scroll down for a peak at some of the images, and more info on Movember. Fill the form to order the calendar, 25$ for 2025, and for the men in your life!

Please leave your name and e-mail address for me to send you the details on shipping, pick up (Calgary, Canmore) and payments.
